PBG Precon is in active development with early users. Pricing is being set alongside the people using it on live projects rather than guessed at in advance.

Where things stand

The six modules — review, takeoff, scope, estimating, bid leveling and intelligence — are live and usable today. We are working with a small group of builders on real sets to understand what a fair per-project or per-seat structure looks like for a preconstruction team.

What we expect pricing to reflect

  • Project volume

    How many document sets a team indexes and reviews per year, rather than how many people click around.

  • Team access

    Estimators, project managers and owners' reps should all be able to see the same findings and scope.

  • Depth of use

    A team using review alone should not pay for a full buyout workflow they are not running.
