PBG Precon is preconstruction intelligence software built from the way experienced builders actually review a set of drawings — and built to make that judgment repeatable across every project.
Why it exists
Preconstruction is where a project's cost and risk are actually decided, and it is the phase with the least software support. Drawing review depends on one or two people's experience. Takeoff is manual. Scope sheets get skipped. Bid leveling happens in a spreadsheet at 11pm.
The knowledge that prevents expensive mistakes exists — it just lives in a few heads and does not scale. PBG Precon exists to encode that knowledge and apply it consistently, with every conclusion traceable to the document it came from.
How we build it

Every finding, answer and scope item cites the sheet and the verbatim text behind it. Quotes are verified against the source.
